Senior Web Designer (Figma, UI/UX)

Position Overview:

Bop Design is seeking a Freelance Senior Web Designer (Figma, UI/UX) to lead the creative execution of B2B website projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients, content strategists, developers, and account managers to bring compelling brand stories to life online.

This is a design-focused role. You will be responsible for creating website designs in Figma; front-end development is not part of this position.

Most of the work (approximately 80%) is focused on website design. You will also contribute to branding initiatives, digital advertising, and marketing collateral as part of delivering cohesive, high-quality creative across client engagements.

You’ll be responsible for elevating the visual and user experience quality of each project—ensuring consistency, usability, and impact across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a confident communicator who can lead client conversations, participate in discovery sessions, and present design concepts clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing marketing websites (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Figma for website design and design systems
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused, lead-generating websites
• Ability to translate brand strategy and messaging into effective web experiences
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable presenting work and articulating design decisions to clients
