We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and client-facing support to our Account Management team. You will focus on execution, coordination, and platform support, enabling Account Managers to effectively manage their portfolio of enterprise buyers.
You will support merchandising and pricing workflows, prepare and send client offers, maintain accurate listings on the platform, and assist with basic analysis of purchasing patterns and inventory needs. You’ll interact with clients as needed, while primarily working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and smooth day-to-day account operations.
Support Account Managers with day-to-day administrative and operational account tasks
Assist with client-facing communications, including composing emails, formatting and sending offers, and responding to routine client requests
Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
Support merchandising and pricing by preparing, organizing, and maintaining accurate product listings and offers
Update and maintain client, inventory, listing, and transaction data across the platform and CRM systems (HubSpot and internal tools)
Track listings, offers, and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
Analyze basic client purchasing patterns and inventory needs to support account execution and planning
Compile reports and summaries related to client performance, inventory movement, and transaction activity
Flag trends, discrepancies, or issues to Account Managers for review
Collaborate with internal teams including Supply and Operations to support account execution
Assist with client onboarding, account transitions, and ongoing operational workflows
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related roles
Experience in retail, managed marketplaces, eCommerce, excess inventory solutions, or supply chain management a plus
Comfort with software technology and quickly adopting new features
Analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot)
Self-motivated, client-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in a fast-moving and dynamic startup environment a plus
