Thumbprint Fulfillment is a boutique third-party logistics (3PL) company providing
warehousing, inventory management, kitting, and fulfillment services for growing consumer brands.
Although the businesses are separate, they share a commitment to exceptional customer service, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement.
Thumbprint Artifacts and Thumbprint Fulfillment are two woman-owned businesses with a shared belief that business should create Linked Prosperity—success that benefits our customers, our artisan and supplier partners, our employees, and our companies.
We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys building organized financial systems, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a growing business with a strong values-based culture.
We believe business should create long-term success for everyone it touches. Our financial decisions support healthy relationships with customers, vendors, artisan partners, employees, and ownership.
Accuracy, honesty, confidentiality, and accountability guide every financial transaction.
We treat company resources responsibly and make thoughtful financial decisions that support sustainable growth.
We embrace better ways of working, document our processes, and continually improve our systems.
We communicate proactively, solve problems collaboratively, and take pride in doing things right.
The Senior Bookkeeper | Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of both Thumbprint companies. The ideal candidate enjoys building systems as much as balancing accounts.
This position owns the accuracy and organization of the accounting function while working closely with ownership and operations.
This is not a CFO or Controller position.
Strategic financial decisions—including budgeting, pricing, financing, cash management, and business planning—remain with ownership.
This is client facing so the employee needs to have English C1 skills.
